Stress Management Training Course:

- To gain an awareness of effective calming and coping skills for managing stress: changing self-talk, breathing and relaxation techniques

Objective of stress management & relaxation training: Identify and implement calming and coping strategies as an overall approach to managing stress and anger.
Interventions: teach client calming techniques: progressive muscle relaxation, cue-controlled relaxation, calming imagery, thought stopping as strategies for reducing physiological tension accompanying angry feelings.
Provides: 5- NBCC CE hours, ACEP #6577, and 5 NAMA CEUs provided. ““The Anger Management institute has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider. ACEP No. 6577.
